Angry Wallets: A Money Smart Week Program

Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood Ave, Des Plaines, IL | Get Directions »
FREE

The Angry Wallets are here, and they hate careless spending! In a world of credit cards, e-checks, and online payments, it can be difficult to teach your kids the true value of spending money. Fear not, our Angry Wallets program is a real-life smartphone app inspired event for families with children grades 2-6.

Join us at the Des Plaines Public Library on April 28 between 2 and 4pm, you and your children will help the angry wallets solve real-life money puzzles, collect achievements, and win a special prize (while supplies last)!

This is a drop-in event, no registration is required. The Angry Wallets program is in conjunction with the national Money Smart Week, a series of free activities and programs across the nation to help consumers better manage their finances.

Free parking in designated locations.
