DESCRIPTION:Ages 7+\nA 4-day\, intensive training session designed for&nb
 sp\;dancers\, looking to get back in shape before Fall&nbsp\;session beg
 ins. Ideal for older more experienced&nbsp\;dancers who are interested i
 n auditioning for high/middle school Poms and Orchesis teams\, as well&n
 bsp\;as dancers who are in a dance performance/competition company. This
  is also ideal for beginner/intermediate dancers as well. Dancers will b
 e&nbsp\;separated by age and experience and taught in&nbsp\;separate roo
 ms. Dancers will not only get technique&nbsp\;classes in multi-disciplin
 es\, but also be instructed in&nbsp\;other aspects for dance training\, 
 including nutrition\,&nbsp\;dance history\, anatomy\, injury prevention\
 , acting\,&nbsp\;and choreography. Students will leave this week&nbsp\;f
 eeling more prepared to start intense activity in the&nbsp\;school year\
 , and more informed on how to maintaintheir bodies throughout the entire
