Rejoice, water lovers! Des Plaines Park District pools are days away from opening for the regular season, and Mystic Waters Family Aquatic Center will open for the pre-season on Saturday.

Mystic Waters, 2025 Miner St., will open for pre-season for season pass holders on June 2. Regular season hours for all Des Plaines Park District pools begin June 9.

Chippewa Pool, 197 N. 8^th Ave., and Iroquois Pool, 2324 Maple St., will open June 9.

Mystic Waters Family Aquatic Center

Pre-season hours: Noon to 7 p.m. from June 2 to June 8

Regular season hours: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, from June 9 to Aug. 12. Mystic Waters is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Chippewa Pool

Regular season hours: Noon to 9 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from June 9 to Aug. 5. Chippewa Pool is open from noon to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, and from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Iroquois Pool

Regular season hours: Noon to 5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., Monday through Friday, from June 9 to Aug. 5. Iroquois Pool is open from noon to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
