Des Plaines Patch had a great time at Fall Fest this weekend and we hope you did too! 

Myself, along with photographers Christopher Brinckerhoff and Bridgette Outten, headed out to the fest, sponsored by the Des Plaines Park District, History Center and Chamber of Commerce, at Lake Park Saturday and Sunday and had a blast meeting residents and snapping photos to commemorate the event.

This is the second installment in a three-part series of online photo albums we've created, sharing pictures of families and friends for you to enjoy. The first album is made up of portrait shots, which you can view here. The second and third installments are full of activity and event coverage separated by date. These photos are from Saturday Sept. 18. Christopher Brinckerhoff spent all day at the fest as you can see from the photos, covering activities, the car show and entertainment.
