Des Plaines McDonald's to Eliminate Menu Items

Say goodbye to some well-known items on McDonald’s menu.
The fast-food chain is eliminating Chicken Selects and Fruit & Walnut Salad from its menu and is considering cutting the Angus burger as well, the Associated Press reports. McDonald’s is now introducing more limited-time menu items like the new McFish Bites.
Chicken Selects were added to the menu in 2004, and the Fruit & Walnut Salad was introduced in 2005.
Des Plaines has the following McDonald's locations:

3067 Manheim Road
1960 S. Mount Prospect Road
725 W. Golf Road

I won't miss either one because I've never had either. I do like the Angus burger though. I hope they keep that one.
