Richard Rozkuszka, former deputy police chief at the Des Plaines Police Department, has been named in a lawsuit that claims he contributed to the breakup of a Des Plaines marriage, Journal and Topics Newspapers reported.

I always find it interesting when I hear of former employees being fired for whistle-blowing, since it seems that it is unfair and wrong. But, more times than not, the evidence that is eventually made public shows that employee might have been fired for other reasons, and sometimes for a multitude of reasons.
