More than 90 percent of teachers spend their own money on basic school supplies for their students, according to a recent survey.  Recently, local OfficeMax® representatives surprised Plainfield Elementary School teacher, Jennifer Bergstrom, with a $1,000 worth of school supplies. In its sixth year, the A Day Made Better program, joins corporate efforts with Office Max customer donations to benefit teachers and their students.  Nationally, more than 78, 000 classrooms have been helped.
